Ouch
I wasn’t a happy camper this morning when I got up. Not only does my throat hurt a lot more now (though that was possibly my fault with the amount of red wine I drank last night). Either way it really ached this morning and swallowing at first was a very painful exercise, still is in fact. The other thing that hurts is my back, lower back to be precise. The pain there now is a it worse, and as of this evening bending down to pick up things isn’t fun. Even sitting in certain positions just doesn’t feel right and I think I might need to see a chiropractor if it doesn’t improve. At least that’s what a friend suggested I do.
