After last night, I was quite keen to have a sleep-in, simply because I went to bed so late, so wanted to get my full rest. I certainly didn’t mean to get up after lunchtime though, but shit happens. It seemed to be a dry day by the time I got up, however just as I was leaving it did start raining, luckily it seemed like it was only raining on Springfield and as I drove down the Centenary Highway, the rain ceased. For the first time in a while, I had a clean windscreen, beautifully clean. I had a couple of beers this evening, before grilling some bacon and adding some rice to it for dinner.
